Burning muscle and burning fat. Everyone wants both. Both are achievable. Though one must come before the other ultimately to achieve the best positive progression of your physique. To build muscle you must add a percentage of fat and water through the process therefore attempting to burn fat at the same time as building muscle would be an exercise in futility.
